We have so many amazing people who are part of our Pediatric Dental Group family. Our spotlight this month is on the fabulous Mrs. Diane Slaven. A member of PDG for almost 29 years, Diane contributes so much at the office each day with her big heart and thoughtfulness. Outside of the office, Diane and her wonderful husband Kerry have created an amazing nonprofit (Brave Young Hearts) in honor of their beautiful granddaughter Bethany, who bravely fought brain tumors for most of her 4 years of life. Bethany sadly passed away in 2005, but Diane and Kerry have honored her life in so many amazing ways since then. They volunteer every year at Give Kids the World, and have now been busy with Brave Young Hearts, granting adventures to children with terminal or life-threatening diseases. They have a big event this Saturday at Twisted Pine Brewery in Boulder. Please check out this family friendly event, or look at the online auction if you cannot attend.
